Terms: 2%, 10 days, Net 30 (from date of invoice) Overdue accounts are subject to 1.5% per month charge. We will not ship to overdue accounts.

Opening Accounts: We will open accounts only to pre-approved dealers.

Shipping: All orders are shipped U.P.S. ground service commercial rate. All freight charges are added to invoice.

Claims: Inspects all shipments upon arrival. If any damage has occurred call our office immediately. Save all cartons and shipping materials for inspection.

Returns: We guarantee complete satisfaction. If you need to make a return please call our office first. We will not accept returns without authorization. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
